Customize Categories & Folders

Recovery Security Questions
Configure or update your three security questions and answers used for self-service account recovery if you forget your Master Password or PIN.
Emergency Vault Recovery Key
Your Recovery Key can unlock the existing encrypted master key if you forget your password. Keep it private and store it safely. Recovery can fail if the required key material is lost or damaged. Generating a replacement invalidates your old Recovery Key.
Passkeys & Non-Admin Recovery
Register your first passkey with password confirmation. Use an existing passkey to add another. Your master password still unlocks the encrypted vault. If every passkey is lost, password sign-in remains available. You can also generate one-time TOTP backup codes.

Upload a personalized profile picture to be shown right next to your user name in the navigation bar.

Login Requirement
Configure how you want to log into your vault. Password & PIN is highly recommended for enhanced security.
Before switching, save your Recovery Key and make sure you can receive email at your registered address. If you lose every passkey, replacing them requires both the saved Recovery Key and an email code. You will still enter your master password to unlock vault contents locally.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Add an extra layer of security before login. Choose between Google Authenticator or Email verification.
MFA Protection Status

Setup needs your current password and, if MFA is active, a fresh authenticator or backup code. Your current method stays active until the new code is verified.

Application Security Code (Super Admin Only)
Manage the global system security code required during new account registration. Only Super Admin has permission to view or change this security code.
Vault Danger Zone
Permanently delete all vault credentials, reference documents, attachments, folders, and categories for this account. Only Super Admin has permission to delete the vault.
Vault Locked
Your account does not have an active subscription. Your trial may have expired, or your payment is past due.
Your data is safe and has not been deleted, but you must upgrade your plan to restore access.
